My Story
Hi, my name is Tracy and I am your personal home fragrance consultant. I’m 59 and live with my hubby David and son Dewi and our dog Amber who is a Labradoodle. I also have a daughter Angharad and son in law Adam and 2 gorgeous granddaughters Isla and Lucy.
I joined Scentsy in October 2020, as I became obsessed with the products, when I was introduced to them during lockdown.
I want my customers to have the best fragrance experience with my top priority being to provide excellent customer service. I’m really passionate about what I do and the products we provide and every single customer is important to me. I will do my very best to find you the best Scentsy products that suits your needs.
Scentsy is a wickless alternative to candles - the original electric candle company. We don’t burn our waxes we just warm which is a safer alternative to candles and burners, this means there is no soot or chemicals, only fragrance that is released. We now have over 80 fragrances to choose from, so something for everyone.
The electric products come with a lifetime manufacturing guarantee which means if there are any manufacturing issues with your warmer Scentsy will replace, free of charge which is amazing .
